All bike hires come with:

• safety helmets are supplied for each rider. It is mandatory to wear helmets in Queensland at all times whilst riding.
• a bike lock is supplied with each e-bike;
• Complementary pannier baskets are supplied if required;
• Battery chargers for charging (overnight & multiple days hires only).

Personal Safety:

• Closed-in shoes and helmets must be worn at all times whilst riding bikes;
• All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian;
